Unless otherwise stated, Bogdan Ioan Stanca owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

  • The Game: The “32-space” board design, the mechanics, the rulebook, and the content of the 200+ cards (Confessions, Dares, Wild Cards) are protected by copyright.

  • Restrictions: You may view and print pages for your personal use, but you must not:

    • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from this site.

    • Redistribute content (unless specifically made for redistribution).

    • Use the game mechanics for commercial purposes without written consent.

3. AGE RESTRICTION & USER CONDUCT

  • Age Limit: This website and the game “Dare to Confess” are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and older. By using this site, you represent that you are of legal age.

  • Waitlist: By signing up for our waitlist, you agree to receive updates. You can opt-out at any time via the unsubscribe link.

4. THE GAME: DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Dare to Confess is a social experience designed for entertainment purposes only.

  • Personal Responsibility: Participants play at their own risk. Bogdan Ioan Stanca is not responsible for any personal conflicts, emotional distress, or physical actions resulting from the “Dares” or “Confessions”.

  • Physical and Emotional Safety: * No player should ever feel forced to perform an action or reveal information against their will.

    • Players represent that they are in good health to perform any physical “Dares”.

    • If a challenge feels unsafe or inappropriate, it should be skipped immediately.

  • Substance Use: We do not encourage or require the consumption of alcohol or illegal substances. If players choose to consume alcohol during play, they do so at their own risk and responsibility.

5. PRE-PRODUCTION STATUS

Please be advised that Dare to Confess is currently in the pre-production/prototype stage. Visuals, card counts, and mechanics shown on this site are subject to change before the final commercial launch.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Bogdan Ioan Stanca, nor any of his associates, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or the game. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Bogdan Ioan Stanca from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Romania for the resolution of any disputes.
